The warmth of an Indian kitchen in a single spoon. Our Chai Masala is a small-batch blend of green cardamom, cinnamon, dry ginger, clove and black pepper — whole spices, gently roasted and stone-ground so the aromatic oils stay intact. Stir a little into boiling milk and tea and your cup becomes the slow, comforting adrak-wali chai that memories are made of.

How to use: Add ¼–½ tsp per cup to milk and water as it comes to a boil, with your tea leaves. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Also lovely in kheer, cakes and coffee.
Storage: Keep in an airtight jar, away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Reseal after every use.

Most supermarket spices are ground months in advance, blended for consistency, and stripped of origin. TAMRA spices arrive as whole seeds, roots, and pods from known Indian farms, then milled in small batches in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen.
