Small pods, extraordinary aroma. Our Green Cardamom (elaichi) is hand-picked and sorted for plump, green, bold pods packed with a sweet, floral, faintly citrus fragrance. Drop a couple in whole with chai, biryani or pulao, or crush the tiny black seeds into kheer, halwa and cakes — a little releases a lot.

Most supermarket spices are ground months in advance, blended for consistency, and stripped of origin. TAMRA spices arrive as whole seeds, roots, and pods from known Indian farms, then milled in small batches in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen.
