Garam Masala – Signature Warming Spice Blend
The Narrative
Why you'll love it
A finishing spice with real depth. Our Garam Masala is built from whole spices — coriander, cumin, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf and nutmeg — dry-roasted to draw out their oils, then ground in small batches. Stirred in near the end of cooking, it lifts curries, dals and biryani with a warm, layered aroma that pre-ground blends simply cannot match.
Highlights
- Whole spices dry-roasted, then freshly ground in small batches
- Layered warmth: coriander, cumin, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, bay, nutmeg
- A finishing masala — bold aroma without raw harshness
- No added colour, salt or fillers
How to use: Add ½ tsp near the end of cooking, or sprinkle over dals, curries, biryani and grilled dishes just before serving.
Storage: Airtight, cool and dry. Reseal well — this blend is all about aroma.

Small-batch Indian spice vs supermarket spice
Why our spices are different
Most supermarket spices are ground months in advance, blended for consistency, and stripped of origin. TAMRA spices arrive as whole seeds, roots, and pods from known Indian farms, then milled in small batches in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen.
