Products and Pricing

• We sell spices, blends, handcrafted copper, brass, kansa, and related home goods.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices or tax records may be generated according to applicable Indian law.
• We make every effort to display products, colours, and details accurately. As our copper and brass items are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, and hammer-marks are natural and are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
• Product benefits, Ayurvedic context, and traditional-use information are educational and cultural in nature. They are not medical advice or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
• We may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or messaging channel to confirm high-value orders, COD eligibility, address details, or delivery issues.
• We may cancel or hold orders where payment fails, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or delivery details appear incomplete or incorrect.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available. Payment confirmation is subject to approval by the payment provider or bank. We do not store full card, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes, gift offers, and promotions are subject to eligibility, validity dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, and usage limits configured at checkout. A code is considered valid only when accepted by the checkout system for the specific cart. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, scrape content, copy our creative assets, submit false information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site — including text, images, videos, recipes, logos, packaging, and the TAMRA name and branding — is our intellectual property or used with permission and may not be used without our written permission.

Health and Product Use

Our wellness information (including traditional uses of copper and turmeric) is shared as heritage and tradition, not as medical advice. Please consult a qualified professional for health concerns. Follow the care instructions provided for copper, brass, and kansa products. Do not use copper or brass items for foods or liquids that are unsafe for those metals unless the product instructions specifically allow it.

Food Safety and Customer Responsibility

Spices and food products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture, direct sunlight, pests, and strong odours. Please check pack seals, best-before dates, allergen notes, and ingredient information before use. If a product appears damaged, leaking, or tampered with, do not consume it and contact us promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TAMRA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab, India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
