Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in multiple consignments, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
How to exercise this right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement — by post or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of the original outbound delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer, we will reimburse only the cost of that standard delivery.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
Returning the goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Our goods ship from India, and many items are heavy. Return shipping costs are therefore significant. Indicative costs to return goods to our address in Mohali, Punjab, India:
- Small items (under 500g) — approximately Rs 400 (about EUR 4)
- Medium items (500g – 2kg) — approximately Rs 800 (about EUR 8)
- Large cookware (over 2kg) — approximately Rs 1,600 (about EUR 17)
These are estimates only. The actual cost depends on your chosen carrier and country of return, and may be higher. We recommend using a tracked service — you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Diminished value
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Products exempt from the right of withdrawal
Under Article 16 of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed spice and food products which have been unsealed after delivery, where return is unsuitable for health protection or hygiene reasons.
This exemption applies only once a product has been opened. Sealed, unopened spice and food products may be returned under the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
All copper and brass cookware and utensils are covered by the right of withdrawal without exception.
Partial withdrawal
Where an order contains both eligible and exempt items, you may withdraw in respect of the eligible items. Your refund will be calculated on those items together with the original standard outbound delivery cost.
