Ground from whole sun-dried peppercorns and nothing else, it is pungent the way pepper should be, not dusty and flat.

Most supermarket spices are ground months in advance, blended for consistency, and stripped of origin. TAMRA spices arrive as whole seeds, roots, and pods from known Indian farms, then milled in small batches in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen.
