Bright gold, earthy and rich in curcumin. Our Turmeric is made from carefully dried rhizomes, stone-ground into a fine, vivid powder with nothing added to stretch or brighten it. It brings that unmistakable warm colour and gentle bitterness to everyday sabzi and dal — and doubles beautifully as the base for haldi doodh (golden milk).

How to use: A pinch in tadka, dals, curries and rice. For golden milk, warm ½ tsp with milk, a crack of black pepper and a little honey.
Storage: Store airtight, cool and dry, away from light. Keep a dedicated spoon — turmeric stains.

Most supermarket spices are ground months in advance, blended for consistency, and stripped of origin. TAMRA spices arrive as whole seeds, roots, and pods from known Indian farms, then milled in small batches in our FSSAI-licensed kitchen.
