Frequently Asked Questions

Are your copper bottles lined inside?+

No. Our copper bottles are 100% pure, unlined copper inside, so your water rests directly against the metal — exactly what the Tamra Jal ritual needs.

Is the copper safe and genuine?+

Yes. We use pure, food-grade copper, hand-hammered by traditional coppersmiths. Natural darkening over time is normal and a sign of real copper.

How do I clean copper?+

Rinse daily. Once a week, rub the inside with lemon and salt (or tamarind), rinse, and dry. Avoid dishwashers, hot water, and storing acidic drinks.

Are your spices pure?+

Yes. Our spices are sourced for purity, ground in small batches, and lab-tested. No fillers, no artificial colour, FSSAI certified.

Do you ship across India?+

Yes, we ship pan-India, with free shipping over ₹999. Cash on Delivery is available.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes — we ship to the US, UK, and Canada. Duties and timelines are shown at checkout.

Can I gift TAMRA?+

Absolutely. We offer festive hampers, wedding and corporate gifting, and gift cards. For large or custom orders, write to us.

What is your return policy?+

If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within the returns window shown on the product page and we'll make it right.

How long should I store water in a copper bottle?+

6–8 hours, ideally overnight. Drink in the morning, and use copper as a morning ritual rather than all day.

Where is your copper made?+

It's hand-hammered by Punjab's master coppersmiths, using a centuries-old North Indian craft passed down through generations.
