Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your TAMRA purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Spices & Food Products

For reasons of safety and hygiene, food items (spices, blends, and powders) cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged, leaking, or tampered with, or
  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product is past or near its expiry on arrival.

In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tamraspice.com with your order number and clear photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Copper & Brass Utensils

You may return unused copper and brass items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or
  • You received the wrong item.

The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please note: natural variations in colour, finish, and hammer-marks are characteristics of handcrafted copper and brass and are not considered defects. Natural darkening of copper over time is also normal and not a defect.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email support@tamraspice.com within the eligible window with your order number, the issue, and photos.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll guide you through the return (where applicable) and process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval (or after we receive the returned item, where a return applies).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing support@tamraspice.com. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as above.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please do not discard the item or packaging. Contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right quickly.
