We deliver TAMRA's spices and copper across India and to select international destinations.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
  • You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout, with free shipping on orders over ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's customs rules before ordering.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, courier issues, or events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help track any delayed order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@tamraspice.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
